I'm a licensed real estate broker in Myrtle Beach, S.C., and a licensed
real estate appraiser in the state of Connecticut. I also have 20 years
experience as chief contract negotiator for an international corporation,
and I hold a B.A. Degree in Advertising from the
University of South Carolina.
